A. Quality or Shipping Issue
If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered:
- You are not responsible for return shipping costs.

B. Change of Course or Change of Mind
If the return is due to a change in course requirements or a personal decision:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days, provided the item meets return criteria.
4. Rejected Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
