1. Are all books listed on Ruffbook.com in stock?
Yes! Everything listed on our website is in stock and ready to ship—no backorders or delays.
2. Are your books new or used?
We carry a variety of new and gently used books. Each listing will clearly indicate the condition.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are only possible if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us immediately if needed.
4. Do you offer eBooks or digital versions?
At this time, we primarily offer physical textbooks. eBook availability will be noted in the product listing if applicable.
Shipping
5. How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) will ship same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship next business day.
6. How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days via USPS. With handling time included, expect delivery in 1 to 5 business days total.
7. Is shipping free?
Yes! All domestic orders qualify for free USPS shipping within the United States.
8. Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Yes. Contact us to request premium or alternate shipping services. Extra fees may apply.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

10. What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Visit our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
11. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the issue is quality-related or shipping damage, we’ll cover return shipping with a pre-paid label.
- If it’s due to change of mind or course, the buyer is responsible and a 15% restocking fee applies.
12. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes. Ruffbook.com uses SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption and processes payments through Stripe, a globally trusted PCI-compliant provider. We never store your card information.
